SNS is a healthy alternative to acrylics. Unlike common nail varnishes, SNS nails become healthier with each application. They feel more natural, look stunning, and last up to 14 days.

SNS nails can be removed at home if you have the required equipment, but we would recommend having them removed by a technician as there is the potential to damage the natural nail if done incorrectly.

The most import thing to do is contact us ASAP.

Shellac Peeling- within 1 week from your service come back in so we have a look and fix it. Fale to come back within the time frame repair charges will apply.

SNS or Acrylic chipped or crack within 2 weeks from your service come back in so we can have a look and fix it. Fale to come back within the time frame repair charges will apply.

The point of time to change your mind with the colour is when the technician applies the colour to your first finger. Once the technician has applied colours to all 10 fingers it’s too late. (Extra charges may apply for the extra time to remove all colour and start over)

The Salon doesn’t offer a Refund if you’re not happy with the outcomes of your nails then you’ll be asked to sit back down and we fix the issue for you. if you don’t have the time then we will reschedule within a week maximum to have your nails fix.

The last scenario we will remove all the work we have done to your nail then you will be able to get your REFUND. ( Doesn’t matter what type of condition your nail end up after the removal it’s on you)

BEST THING TO DO– during your service talk to your technician tell him or her what you want if the technician still not doing as asked to speak to the manager.
